RETURN & REFUND

If you're not loving the fit or feel of your swimwear or jewelry, don't sweat it! We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please email us at mail@saturndawn.com and be ready with your order number or order confirmation email.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Once you return your item, your refund or exchanged item will be issued within 14 business days. Refunds are only issued in the form of a gift card redeemable on future purchases. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds to the original payment method at this time. Your exchanged item will be mailed to you free of charge, however you may be responsible for fees related to shipping the original item back.
Mystery Boxes are final sale. Outlet items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances for final sale items.
