We offer a 90-day warranty on all items purchased through Your items are protected from extreme wear and tear for up to ninety days from the date of your purchase. If your claim if approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the item(s) effected, excluding any shipping fees. You will receive the exact value of the item at the time of purchase, regardless of future, current, or past discounts, promotions, or price changes. We reserve the right to deny these claims and are in no way liable if we do not approve your claim. For your claim to be approved, you must have proof of accidental damage. To make a claim, please follow the instructions below.

Email with the subject Warranty Claim. Provide examples as detailed above and submit your claim for approval. Please allow up to fourteen business days for your claim to be processed and reviewed by our team. You will be notified of a decision once your claim has been evaluated.


What if my claim was approved?

If you claim was approved, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email address linked to the account from which the order was placed.

What if my claim was denied?

If you'd like to dispute our decision, please email with the subject Dispute Decision. Please provide an incident report, images, or any other credible information for us to review the appeal request.
