If you ordered the wrong item, we offer free exchanges so long as the item(s) are unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Exchanges are redeemabe for an items equal or lesser in value than the original item(s) ourchased, exclusding all fees, promotions, or discounts.
If you ordered the wrong size, vairent, or are otherwise unhappy with the item(s) you receevd, you can may qualify for up to 90% of the value of the individual item(s) in store credit via e-gift card, excluding fees.
Paid shipping fees will not be included in store credit. Any furture or additional fees, such as shipping, will not be inclusded in the value of credit issued or during redemption. These fees do not qualify for reinbusment.
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are only valid for in-store orders only. Store Credit is valid for both online and in-store purchases.

For sanitary reaons, we do not accept returns. We will happily accept exchanges, issue credit, or reship a replacement item for qualifying purchases if you are unhappy with your order.
